Taylor and Trevor truly set the tone. There’s never any pressure and absolutely no judgment. You can come in just to look—once or ten times—and they’re genuinely happy to see you every single visit. Taylor and Trevor are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to answer questions and help you learn without ever making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. The selection is excellent, the service is consistent, and the atmosphere is welcoming in the best way. If you’re looking for a jeweler who treats you with respect and makes the experience enjoyable every time, Bell Jewelers is hard to beat. Highly recommend.

I’ve repaired several pieces and have had watches serviced over the years. Anyone I’ve dealt with there has always been super helpful. That’s why we go back. Random update. I didn’t even realize until a few hours later that they buffed a scratch out on the crystal of my most recent watch repair. Appreciate you guys so much.

We had such a wonderful experience at Bells Jewelry! I brought in my wedding ring to be repaired, and they did an amazing job. The repair was completed so quickly, and my ring looks absolutely beautiful again. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Everyone in the store was incredibly kind and welcoming. Toni helped us and was amazing! She made the whole experience so easy and even gave us some great recommendations for places to check out around the area since we’re new to Tennessee. That personal touch really meant a lot to us. You can truly tell they care about their customers. We will definitely be back to shop with them in the future and highly recommend Bells Jewelry to anyone looking for quality work and genuinely friendly service!

Bell Jewelers provides an excellent selection of jewelry in numerous carat weights and varieties of stones. Their displays are tastefully designed and their employees are highly trained and professional. I went there to have a bracelet resized and two rings made into one; the jewelers went beyond my expectations and I am delighted with the results. We had a vintage wedding ring from my husband’s great grandmother. We had been told by another jeweler that it wasn’t fit to be worn anymore. We took it to Bell Jeweler for a second opinion and they agreed. Caleb helped us design a new ring but we really wanted to honor the original ring as much as possible. What Caleb accomplished blew us away. It is stunning and the craftsmanship is masterful. The whole step of the way Caleb and Bell Jewelers was kind and helpful and communicative. I was so nervous about taking apart a family heirloom but Caleb was so respectful about it. He even added an engraving with “1929” so that I could have the year the original ring was made memorialized. I can never thank him enough for what he has created. He has given us a new family heirloom that will hopefully be able to be passed down another several generations. I will be recommending Caleb and Bell jewelers to everyone I know!

Using pieces I had accumulated and didn’t wear, Bell Jewelers designed a custom piece I had been dreaming about for years that has heartfelt meaning to my family and heritage. They kept the CAD and drawings in my file and 4 years later when I walked in to finally get it done, they had it all there and ready for the designer. Taylor and Andrea both were amazing, keeping me updated on its progress and helping me choose the right chain to wear it. Today I picked up my dream pendant and seeing it in person I was overwhelmed with emotion. The craftsmanship and detail, size and brilliance are perfect. Not only did they deliver a piece that means so much to my heart, Taylor took the time to have an appraisal documented to keep my investment safe as well. Bravo, Bell Jewelers! Thank you so much for making my dream piece a reality!
